Each month brings a bounty of new games for PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium members to anticipate – here’s hoping!
To be honest, I must say that the selection for April isn’t as diverse as usual. The offerings this month only amount to eight games spread across both subscriptions, but there are two fresh releases to look forward to, and some heavyweight titles have been included in the library.
The spotlight is on Hogwarts Legacy, an action RPG based on the Harry Potter series that was released on PS5 and PS4 a while ago.
Here are two newly launched titles: First is “Lost Records: Bloom & Rage – Tape 2,” which, as its title indicates, is the sequel to the latest teen drama from DONTNOD. The second one is the critically acclaimed puzzle game called “Blue Prince.”

Firstly, we have three strong newcomers in EA Sports PGA Tour (admittedly, not everyone is a fan of golf), Battlefield 1 (which might be a tad outdated), and the captivating PlateUp!.
In the meantime, Premium has access to Alone in the Dark 2 and War of the Monsters – these games are considered possible classics by some people!
