Poll: Are You Happy with Your PS Plus Extra, Premium Games for January 2025?

For the new year in 2025, the initial selection of games for both PS Plus Extra and Premium tiers has been disclosed. As usual, we’re eager to hear your opinions on these offerings.

In 2024, Sony’s intermediate subscription level, often referred to as Extra, experienced some stellar months, delivering numerous critically acclaimed releases throughout the year. Many believe it has been the most reliable among the three PS Plus plans, and its January lineup, in our view, is quite robust too.

The Man Who Erased His Name are standout games worth mentioning. Additionally, we’d like to highlight two other engaging titles: SD Gundam Battle Alliance, which is hard to resist, and Sayonara Wild Hearts, an indie musical gem you can complete in one sitting.

You may also want to check out Atlas Fallen; despite receiving rather mediocre reviews upon its release in 2023, a significant upgrade was introduced last year which significantly enhanced the gameplay experience.

In the meantime, the PS Plus Premium offers a pair of classics, including the PS2 version of Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings – fueling excitement for the upcoming release of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle – and MediEvil 2. While the PS1 sequel to MediEvil may not have received the same level of adoration as its predecessor, it’s still a fun play.
