Poll: PS5 Fans, Are You Sold on the Nintendo Switch 2?

The much-awaited Nintendo Switch 2 presentation has concluded, and although we’ll let our colleagues at Nintendo Life handle the event coverage, we’re curious to hear your thoughts on Nintendo’s upcoming console from our Push Square community.

The new Switch 2 is scheduled to launch on June 5th, which means it’s just around the corner! Compared to its predecessor, the original Switch, the Switch 2 appears to be a significant improvement in terms of hardware capabilities. Given the number of years that have passed, this was generally anticipated, but what’s intriguing is that this hybrid console seems to be nearly on par with the PS4 Pro in terms of technical power.

As an enthusiastic gamer, I’m thrilled about Mario Kart World being confirmed as the flagship game for the Switch 2 at launch. It’s bound to be a massive hit! However, one could argue that the initial software lineup might appear somewhat sparse, considering most of the games showcased during the Direct are remakes of classic titles designed for the new console.

Wondering if these games – Elden Ring, Cyberpunk 2077, and Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade – provide sufficient content to entice gamers, including us, who consider the PS5 as their main gaming console.
