The “Circles” artist has just revealed plans for a new stadium tour commencing in April 2025, with suggestions indicating that he’s slated to headline at least two dates of the Southern California music festival.
On November 19th, Austin Post (also known as Post) revealed on Instagram the cities and tour dates for his upcoming concerts. The initial performances will take place on April 13th and April 20th in Indio, California, which happen to be the Sunday shows for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival that takes place in the same city.
Enhancing the curiosity among fans is the detail that the formal announcement for the 29-year-old’s tour omitted the two Coachella dates visible on his social media posts.
Starting on April 29 at Salt Lake City’s Rice-Eccles Stadium, the announcement made on November 19 stated, “Post Malone Presents: The Massive Stadium Tour,” produced by Live Nation and sponsored by T-Mobile, who is the official wireless partner for The Massive Stadium Tour. This tour promises fans an exciting concert experience with a blend of his top hits, fan favorites, and fresh tracks from his upcoming sixth studio album titled F-1 Trillion, set to be released in August 2024.
Although Coachella hasn’t officially announced its 2025 lineup yet, it’s important to note that if “Rockstar” performs at the 2025 music festival, it wouldn’t mark his first time gracing the stage of this annual event.
In the year 2018, he was listed as part of the festival lineup, but that weekend saw Beyoncé, The Weeknd, and Eminem taking the spotlight as headliners. However, in 2023, he unexpectedly graced the stage during Bad Bunny’s performance, appearing as a guest headliner.
Though Post’s headlining spot at the festival is not officially confirmed, what is certain is that he will be joined by other exciting names for his BIG ASS Stadium Tour: Country artist Jelly Roll and newcomer Sierra Ferrell.
