Pregnant Brittany Mahomes' Due Date Is Much Sooner Than You Think

This pregnancy is rapidly approaching the end zone.

As I reflect on the recent past, it feels like only yesterday that star NFL quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his lovely wife Brittany Mahomes shared the exciting news of expecting their third child. Remarkably, their little one is set to arrive in just a matter of days, as Patrick himself disclosed.

Sports reporter Tracy Wolfson expressed her certainty that Patrick Mahomes would be particularly joyful to return to Kansas City, as stated in a post dated January 6th on the platform X (previously known as twitter). This was in response to a tweet indicating the Chiefs were making their way back to Kansas City within less than a day after they started in Denver. Mahomes informed Wolfson that his wife Brittany is expected to give birth to their third child this Sunday. If she doesn’t give birth by then, an induction will be scheduled for Monday.

She joked, “There was def extra motivation for Patrick to get that bye week!”

This means, according to Patrick, make Sunday, Jan. 11 Brittany’s official due date.

The couple, who were once teenage sweethearts and currently parents to three-year-old daughter Sterling and two-year-old son Bronze, are eagerly anticipating the arrival of a new little girl to expand their family.

For example, Patrick seems very comfortable in his new role as a girl dad. Back in December, Brittany posted on Instagram a photo of Sterling with a braid done by Patrick, captioned, “Patrick Mahomes mastering his braiding abilities.

In simpler terms, he shared with TopMob News in July 2023 that after coming home, he needed to recharge and put on a cheerful face, essentially playing the role of a dad, which can be as demanding as any full-time job. However, the most fulfilling moments come from this challenge too, so it’s about finding ways to carry that energy into his personal life.

However, Patrick is certain that Brittany is the ideal partner for them both to confront life’s largest obstacles together.

He commented, “She thinks clearly and wisely, just as she should.” He continued, “She is a pillar of strength for me. In difficult moments, it’s her who helps me persevere.

He went on to say, “It’s because I have someone who stands by me daily, that I find myself where I am now.

Meanwhile, Brittany has always known her future would involve motherhood.

The 28-year-old shared with SheKnows last year that she has always felt destined to be a mother. “Watching my children grow and learn, absorbing knowledge from their father, and experiencing new things together – like taking them somewhere for the first time and seeing their joy and excitement – is what brings me the most happiness,” she said.

As she summed it up, “I love being a mom.”
