Kylie Kelce is throwing a flag on this take.
As a lifestyle expert preparing for the arrival of my fourth little one with Jason Kelce, I’m excited to share my thoughtfully crafted birth plan. It’s important for me to clarify that this journey is deeply personal, and I kindly ask that everyone respects my choices without offering unsolicited advice or feedback. After all, every pregnancy and delivery experience is unique, and it’s essential for each expectant mother to prioritize her own well-being and comfort above all else.
She mentioned during her March 27 podcast episode that having an opinion on one’s birth plan isn’t necessary. She also noted that people shouldn’t worry about it. All she wants is a large needle in her back for pain relief, keeping the IV line in place. She explained this simplicity because you can’t rely on the baby following any planned schedule.
However, Kylie, a mother of three children – Wyatt (age 5), Elliotte (age 3), and Bennett (age 2) whom she shares with Jason – swiftly dismissed any unfavorable opinions about her decision to have an epidural during childbirth.
Those who consider childbirth with epidural as not genuine, let me assure you, I experienced every aspect of labor firsthand. I was fully aware and sensitive to each moment. It wasn’t painless, but that’s the purpose of the anesthetic injection in my spine.
Even though Kylie doesn’t anticipate requiring a cesarean section, she strongly disagrees with the notion that undergoing one diminishes the legitimacy of childbirth.
Over the weekend, I encountered numerous disrespectful comments on TikTok about people who had emergency or scheduled C-sections not having ‘real’ birth experiences. To put it mildly, I have no patience for such ignorance. Essentially, my message is: You can politely take a hike.
The Pennsylvania native emphasized just how offensive the take was to her.
She clarified, “The individual you’re conversing with recently gave birth to a child, and for some reason, this newborn needed to exit through the chest instead of the usual way. That’s private information; it has nothing to do with you.
She jokingly went on to threaten anyone who disagrees with her.
“I dare you to say that within earshot of me,” she joked. “I dare you. I double dog dare you.”
Later on, Kylie disclosed the truth that she actually entered the world via a C-section. She proceeded to defend her mom, Lisa McDevitt.
“You think she didn’t experience birth?” Kylie asked. “I will kick your ass in honor of Lil Lis.”
As Kylie and Jason continue to grow their family, let’s take a trip down memory lane and reminisce on some of their most heartwarming moments together…
Following an initial date that didn’t run quite as smoothly as expected, Jaso Kelce and Kylie Kelce managed to connect well during their next encounters. Eventually, they made their romance public on Instagram in November 2015.
Since getting married in 2018, Kylie has pondered about sharing life’s victories with her current spouse.
Or:
After their wedding in 2018, Kylie mused over relishing life’s triumphs together with her new husband.
She expressed in a July post on social media, “This most recent off-season has been my absolute favorite! It may have been brief, but it was oh-so-sweet. I’m immensely proud to refer to this man as my husband, and I can hardly wait to witness his perseverance and commitment throughout another season.
By October 2019, the couple expanded their family, welcoming baby Wyatt into the world.
Two years later, their second daughter Elliotte, joined her big sister.
In the spirit of sharing an update a year on, I’m thrilled to announce that our family is expanding yet again! Another lovely addition, affectionately known as ‘the other Kelce lady,’ has joined our brood. Here are some heartwarming snapshots for you all to enjoy.
In February 2023, the couple added a new member to their family – their third child. Interestingly, this little one was born approximately two weeks after Jason had his Super Bowl matchup against his brother, Travis Kelce, at the 2023 Super Bowl event.
2023 saw the NFL star post a snapshot on Instagram of his eldest daughters grasping a substantial trophy, captioned, “I never imagined I’d be the one to hold the Larry O’Brien Trophy, or that it would grace my home! A truly humbling experience to view it in the flesh. The scale is astounding; it appears diminutive when NBA players are handling it, but it’s remarkably large! My girls were intrigued by it.
On the sports field that warm August day, the pair exchanged a glance towards their family of five, playfully commenting on their shared Instagram post, “Enjoying the Rita’s and obstacle course fun with dad following practice sessions.
In October of 2023, Wyatt’s fourth birthday party was held at the Philadelphia Eagles’ stadium. Kylie humorously commented on Instagram, “We celebrated a 4th birthday as the Eagles won their 4th game.
Last June 2024, I proudly posted a picture on Instagram featuring Jason and our beautiful daughters Wyatt, Elliotte, and Bennett. In the caption, I expressed my contentment by saying, “As parents, we understand… having two out of three going great isn’t so terrible!
As a devoted admirer, I’d like to rephrase Donna Kelce’s comment: “I find Jason and my son Travis Kelce an adorable, charming pair, looking as if they were blessed by a rainbow!
