As a huge fan of Lea Michele and her acting career, I have been thrilled to follow her romantic journey with Zandy Reich over the past few years. In March, the 37-year-old woman announced her pregnancy on Instagram by sharing images of herself touching her belly with the caption “Mommy, Daddy and Ever are thrilled.” Approximately two months later, she disclosed that they were expecting a girl, making their three-year-old son Ever a big brother.
As Lea nears the end of her pregnancy, she’s been using her newfound maternal abilities to prepare a tidy and comfortable space for their upcoming baby.
She explained that she had recently been focusing on preparing and organizing things at home as much as possible.
Besides preparing the “nest,” Lea follows a suggestion from her pediatrician to help her feel fully prepared for the arrival of their first child.
She shared, “Children’s Tylenol has been a hidden gem for us. We’re incredibly thankful for it since we became parents.”

“She found it hard to believe that her child could fall ill and require medications so soon,” she remarked, “yet unexpectedly, our son came down with what appeared to be an ear infection or fever. Fortunately, we were prepared at home with all the necessary medicines.”
As a lifestyle expert, I’d recommend that expectant mothers of two take proactive steps in both preparing for the unexpected and prioritizing self-care. In this busy season of life, it’s essential to carve out some time for yourself. For me, I make sure to incorporate a belly mask treatment into my weekly routine, providing nourishment for my skin during pregnancy. Additionally, I indulge in what I like to call an “everything shower,” where I take the time to relax and unwind under the warm water, allowing the steam to open up my pores and help me feel rejuvenated. By focusing on these self-care practices, we can better prepare ourselves for the challenges ahead while also ensuring that we’re taking care of our own wellbeing.
Instead of just taking care of herself alone, Lea finds value in involving her family in her self-care routines. The actress from “Scream Queens” cherishes their time as a threesome and incorporates them into her self-care activities when possible.
She expressed, “Swimming will bring me great pleasure, and I’m excited to experience this with my son. It’s about cherishing enjoyable moments for myself while sharing them with him.”
