Pregnant Mandy Moore Says She’s Being Followed Ahead of Baby No. 3

It’s unfortunate that in this digital age where privacy is more accessible than ever, certain professions like paparazzi still persist. The fact that someone would risk safety, especially during a pregnancy, just to snap a photo is mind-boggling.

On September 16th, the actress from “This Is Us” who is pregnant with her third child and married to Taylor Goldsmith shared her thoughts on social media, expressing concern after she noticed a vehicle was tailing her.

In her Instagram Story video, Mandy mentioned that she was moments away from giving birth at any point and that for several days now, someone has been following her or them in a car, wherever they went.

In simple terms, the 40-year-old stated, “While out running errands alone, I observed a man who changed direction to trail me, disregarded traffic lights and signs, and I found myself thinking, ‘You’re being overly aggressive. I see you. Yuck.’

Mandy, mother to August “Gus” Harrison (age 3) and Oscar “Ozzie” Bennett (age 22 months), together with Taylor, suspects that the driver involved in the incident was likely a photographer from the paparazzi.

She expressed her frustration over the persistence of that particular job, commenting something along the lines of “Really? We have social media now!” Her main issue seemed to be with people still taking others’ pictures, but also added that she resents their assumption that she doesn’t notice what they’re doing.

Nonetheless, the singer known for “Crush” was unequivocal about not seeking sympathy. She put it simply, “It’s not a matter of feeling sorry for myself.” Instead, she described it as an unwelcome aspect of her profession that typically doesn’t apply to someone like her. She openly expressed her dislike for such situations.

Apart from her pregnancy, Mandy has also been dealing with another issue – Melasma. This is a skin condition that appears as light brown or bluish-gray spots, much like freckles, on the skin. She first disclosed this in June.

But that hasn’t stopped the Tangled voice actress from looking forward to her impending arrival. Back in May, she shared the news of her pregnancy—as well as the sex of the baby—with a sweet nod to her This Is Us family.

Mandy posted on Instagram about the upcoming arrival of the third member of our ‘Big Three’, using the term from the NBC drama’s Pearson sibling trio, and expressed her excitement for the boys to welcome a little sister.
