Now that Christmas has passed, it might seem unusual for a trailer about gifts. But this isn’t a “Presents” trailer; it’s a “Presence” trailer, offering a chilling supernatural horror experience directed by the talented Steven Soderburgh.
A family believes they’re not the only inhabitants when they settle into their suburban dwelling.
The trailer has an eerie feel, resembling one of those less-grandiose films that imitators of Soderbergh often excel at, producing masterpieces. It’s filmed entirely from the point of view of a ghostly spirit, as a new family settles into a house they soon realize is not empty. The trailer hints that this house harbors a family, secrets, unthinkable actions, and… a presence.
Screenwriter David Koepp crafted the screenplay for the movie titled “Jurassic Park”, featuring actors such as Lucy Liu, Julia Fox, Chris Sullivan, Callina Liang, Eddy Maday, and West Mulholland.
It will be a busy year for the director as he also has ‘Black Bag’ out in the Spring
