Ubisoft has recently published its latest financial reports, providing insights into their full year’s performance. Moreover, they have shared their expectations for the fiscal year 2026, which concludes on March 31st, 2026. Notably, they plan to release games such as “Anno 117: Pax Romana”, “Rainbow Six Mobile”, and “The Division Resurgence” within this timeframe.
While additional titles are yet to be disclosed at a future date, what’s particularly exciting about this lineup is the “Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake,” slated for release in 2026. More precisely, fans can anticipate its debut within the first three months of that year, specifically between January 1st and March 31st, 2026.
If there are no unexpected setbacks in the near future, this is currently the firmest timeframe for the release of the remake, which has had a lot of criticism over its visuals since it was first announced in 2020. Ubisoft Montreal took charge of the project in May 2022 and stated that development was moving ahead in November 2023.
Further developments have strengthened the rumor of revamped stages, enhanced combat, and a character makeover for Farah. It remains to be seen if this update will be showcased during Ubisoft Forward, traditionally held in June. We’ll keep you posted, so keep an eye out!
