As a long-time fan of the Professor Layton series, I can’t help but feel my heart racing with anticipation as I watch the new trailer for “Professor Layton and the New World of Steam“. The steam-powered American town of Steam Bison promises to be a fresh and intriguing setting for our favorite professor and his sidekick Luke Triton.
“Professor Layton and the New World of Steam is undoubtedly one of the larger and most eagerly awaited upcoming games from developer Level-5, and we’ve just received another glimpse at the game thanks to a new trailer.
In the forthcoming puzzle-adventure game, the lead characters – Professor and his loyal companion Luke Triton – are set for an exciting journey. This time, they’ll be visiting the steam-driven town of Steam Bison, America, where intriguing mysteries abound. Among these mysteries is the enigmatic Gunman King Joe, a menacing figure who materializes as a substantial ghostly presence. However, it becomes clear that there’s more to this villain than just meets the eye.
The trailer provides a peek at some fresh character insights from the world of Steam Bison, as well as hinting at numerous challenges you’ll encounter once again. The upcoming game, titled “New World of Steam,” is teased to include a greater number of puzzles than any previous Professor Layton title. For additional details, watch the trailer below.
