Later this month, Forza Horizon 5 is set to premiere on PlayStation 5 for the first time, introducing a fresh mode called Horizon Realms. This mode offers a unique opportunity for novice players to enjoy the entirety of the game’s previously released live service content in one go.
As a gamer, I’m excited to dive into this game that smartly combines three years of “ever-changing world” content, ensuring I won’t miss out on any exclusive, time-limited content previously available only on other platforms before it made its way to the Sony console.
In a few options, you can enjoy these fresh locales: Skill Mode gives you a chance to compete on the leaderboard by demonstrating your driving skills, whereas Free Mode lets you and your friends casually roam around without any competition.

Each area will have badges to unlock, with four new cars available for those who finish them all.
They are:
- 2019 Lotus Exige Cup
- 2023 Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato
- 2024 Lamborghini Revuelto
- 2022 Hennesy Mammoth 6×6
This new mode not only offers an abundance of fresh content to an already impressive collection, but it’s also intended to help PlayStation gamers get up-to-speed with what they might have missed so far.
Thanks, Playground Games!
