Sunderfolk is an intriguing turn-based strategy role-playing game that aims to replicate the atmosphere of a tabletop gaming session. Interestingly, this game operates on the PS5 console, but what sets it apart is that up to four players can control their characters using their smartphones as controllers. Excitingly, it’s set to be released in just a few weeks from now, specifically on the 23rd of April.
Players will select from among six distinct roles (Arcanist, Bard, Berserker, Pyromancer, Ranger, Rogue), embarking on an adventure through the Sunderlands. As they progress, they’ll encounter new adversaries at each turn, necessitating careful collaboration to accomplish mission goals effectively.
After every meeting, you’ll head back to the village of Arden, a place that can be improved for access to superior equipment to help tackle progressively challenging situations. Additionally, players can engage with the other inhabitants of Sunderfolk, earning them exclusive bonuses as a result.
