We’ve already dubbed the VR version of Hitman as a “must-play” for PSVR2 fans, and this week, it will receive an update to enhance its virtual reality experience even more, addressing any minor issues that may have arisen.
Regarding enhancing the VR version, this update focuses on refining the audio and haptic feedback associated with your weapon holsters for a more immersive experience. Furthermore, the patch is designed to address and eliminate over 100 bugs and glitches, including resolving issues such as crashes related to saving and loading data.
On Thursday, April 10th, the new update is scheduled to launch. We’ll reveal all the details in the patch notes on that day, but let me tell you, it includes improved targeting, fewer moments where the screen goes dark, and even more exciting features to anticipate!
Last week, we tried out Hitman in PSVR2 and commented that “Experiencing Hitman: World of Assassination in VR on PSVR2 represents a significant leap over past VR endeavors. The technology’s sharp display and precise motion tracking are skillfully employed here. If you’ve already completed IO’s remarkable trilogy, putting on the VR perspective will feel like diving into an entirely new game.
