Accessing our App
Users with an active subscription can access the TopMob App. However, we reserve the right to temporarily halt, remove, modify, or alter any aspect of our app without prior warning. If we decide to stop offering subscriptions or the app itself, we will refund a proportionate amount of your subscription fee. Please note that we are not responsible if the app becomes unavailable for any reason or duration.
The App may have a limited amount of free content. Please note that App content is not available to magazine subscribers as part of their print or digital edition subscription. Please also note that digital edition subscriptions purchased from iTunes, Google Play, Amazon or Zinio do not include subscription access to this App.

When you must pay and how you must pay.
To unlock the content within the App, you need to make a payment for the subscription through either Google Play or the Apple App Store first.
Subscription Charges: At the commencement of your subscription, following any complimentary trial period, and subsequently at the prearranged intervals, our app store will automatically deduct the charges from your debit/credit card unless you’ve chosen to cancel – for instructions on how to do so, please refer to “Terminating Your Subscription”.
Your App Subscription will automatically renew.

After the initial trial period ends, your subscription will automatically roll over for the same duration, unless you choose to cancel through your account settings (look for “Ending Your Subscription” section). It’s worth noting that we have the right to adjust the app subscription fee and benefits at any given moment. These changes will take effect when your subscription renews. If you’re not comfortable with these alterations, you can terminate your subscription within 30 days after the renewal date.

If you choose to cancel, your access to the App will end at the conclusion of the trial or introductory period.

As a dedicated cinephile, once I’ve subscribed to this amazing app, I can instantly enjoy its content straight away. This uninterrupted access continues until my subscription ends or I choose to cancel it, according to the terms we’ve agreed upon.
