Streamer CarnyJared has triumphantly conquered DragonForce’s challenging track “Through the Fire and Flames” from Guitar Hero 3, accomplishing a full combo (FC) at an incredibly tough speed of 200%. This remarkable world record may stand untouched for a significant period, possibly even indefinitely, given the intense effort required to reach this level.
On February 27th, CarnyJared shared proof of his remarkable display of what seemed like masterful guitar skills (thanks to IGN). After five months of intense practice at 180% speed, followed by another nine months at 200%, the streamer reached an unparalleled level of achievement when he flawlessly played through all 3,722 notes at a pace that leaves one speechless.
In its standard version, DragonForce’s spectacular live instrumental performance, known for its extravagant musicianship, lasts more than seven minutes. However, CarnyJared managed to complete this entire piece on what seems an unsuitable medium in less than three minutes, suggesting a performance that was far from the intended use of the material. Remarkably, after countless attempts totaling thousands, CarnyJared successfully navigated Through the Fire and Flame’s notoriously self-indulgent solo without a single misstep—a feat he has only accomplished four times in his career.
