Raven-Symoné Mourns Death of Her Dad Christopher B. Pearman

As a long-time fan of Raven-Symoné, I can’t help but feel deeply saddened and moved by the recent loss she has experienced. Losing a parent is an experience that transcends words, and my heart goes out to her during this difficult time.

Raven-Symoné is navigating a difficult loss.

As a lifestyle aficionado, I’m deeply saddened to share that I recently lost my father, Christopher B. Pearman. In a touching tribute, The Disney Channel expressed their condolences through a heartfelt message on their social media platforms.

In her October 1st post, Raven reminisced, “My life has been rich and extended, and it all began with a dream. May my father be proudly watching over me with a happy grin…

Among Christopher and Lydia Gaulden’s two kids, Raven – their eldest – concluded her caption with a symbol of a dove and the hashtag for her father’s name.

Additionally, while the actress from “That’s So Raven” did not provide further information regarding Christopher’s death, in response to a commenter who questioned whether her post implied that her father had passed away, she simply said, “Yes, ma’am.

In 2015, not long after Raven began working on The View as a co-host, her father, Christopher, publicly expressed his backing for her new career venture.

He expressed on Facebook that Raven is truly lovely and kind-hearted. I can attest to this, as her parents and I adore her deeply and will always be there for her, offering our unwavering support and backing.

And in the wake of Christopher’s passing, Raven’s loved ones showed they have her back, too.

On Saturday Night Live, Kenan Thompson offered his condolences, saying, “My sympathies are with you and your family! Sending you warmth!” Meanwhile, Kimberly J. Brown, a former colleague from the Disney Channel, echoed similar sentiments, stating, “I’m deeply sorry for your loss as I recently experienced it too. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Approximately a year ago, Raven, who is 38 years old, announced that her younger sibling, Blaize Pearman, had passed away at the age of 31.

I’ve been sharing a heartfelt update on Instagram recently. Over the past two years, I’ve been walking alongside someone as they courageously faced colon cancer. I’m grateful to say that he has found peace in a better place now. His absence is deeply felt, and the waves of love, longing, and grief that have swept through me, my mind, and our family, can only be compared to the highs and lows of a roller coaster ride.

Raven pondered on the close relationship she had with her sibling, recognizing that they celebrated their birthdays very close together, and expressed gratitude towards her community for their assistance.

She went on saying, “I adore you, Blaize,” she added. “His birthday is on the 16th of December and it will always be special to me. I appreciate each one of you, my family on Instagram, my immediate family, and my friends. You’ve all been an incredible support system, and I return that love.
