Reminder: Look Out for PS5 Logos in Today’s Xbox Showcase

As a dedicated gaming enthusiast, it’s been quite fascinating to witness Microsoft’s cross-platform initiatives that have resulted in some beloved Xbox games gracing both PS5 and PS4 screens over the past few years. However, the significance of this approach is set to take on an entirely fresh dimension today, as the PlayStation emblem will be prominently displayed during the annual Xbox Games Showcase.

In addition, potential announcements regarding ports for the newly launched Nintendo Switch 2 might be in store.

Today’s Xbox Games Showcase reaches its climax, and it’s possible that we’ll see both existing games ported to PlayStation 5 as well as new titles from Microsoft. We won’t be writing a live article on our site, but you can check out one at Pure Xbox instead. We’ll be highlighting each reveal with the PS5 logo and then summarizing all of them for you in a wrap-up at the end.

Following the grand event, Microsoft plans to delve deeper into the details of The Outer Worlds 2, a game that has been officially announced for PlayStation 5 and joins other titles like Gears of War Reloaded on the platform.
