In recent times, Capcom’s adaptations of the Resident Evil series for iOS have not been financially successful, yet the company remains determined (possibly due to contractual obligations).
2020’s remake of “Resident Evil 3” is now available on all iPhone models 15 and 16, iPads, and Mac computers with an M1 chip or later. This version includes an Auto Fire feature, which continues to shoot your weapon after you’ve aimed at an enemy for a brief moment. You can watch the game’s launch trailer below.
The game titled Resident Evil 3 follows the trend of other remakes such as Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 7, and Village, by being released on Apple’s platforms. At present, these four games are offering a 75% price reduction.
You can find Resident Evil 3 not only on the latest platforms like PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, but also on personal computers. To date, it has achieved sales of more than 9.6 million units globally. Click here for our review of this game.
