RHOBH’s Dorit Kemsley Files for Divorce From Husband PK Kemsley After 10-Year Marriage

Dorit Kemsley is a housewife to Paul “PK” Kemsley no more.

On April 25, a star from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” filed for divorce, marking the end of a 10-year marriage. This move came only a day after PK was seen on a romantic outing with Shana Wall, a previous contestant on “The Amazing Race.” The split is reportedly due to irreconcilable differences, as stated in court documents acquired by TopMob News.

Dorit asked the court to grant her alimony and prevent PK from receiving similar financial aid, as stated in the documents. She noted that the exact date of their separation is yet to be determined (TBD).

As a lifestyle advisor, I find myself sharing the news of a heartfelt change in my own life: last year, my partner and I, parents to vibrant eleven-year-old Jagger and spirited nine-year-old Phoenix, made the difficult decision to part ways.

In a May 2024 Instagram post, Dorit, aged 48, shared her thoughts: “Our relationship has been under scrutiny due to rumors about our marriage. The truth is, we’ve faced challenges over the recent years, but as individuals who deeply care for each other and are bound by our beautiful children, we have been working tirelessly to overcome these difficulties.

Instead, she added, “In order to protect our strong bond of friendship and ensure a peaceful setting for our kids, we’ve collectively decided to step back from each other temporarily, so we can reassess our relationship and focus on our children’s wellbeing during this period.

Approximately half a year past, during their lunch meeting on the Bravo show, PK, aged 57, referred to himself as a “single PK” to Dorit. This left Dorit quite taken aback by his statement.

In the November 2024 episode, she expressed, “I’m not sure if PK understands that using the term ‘just PK’ is as painful as it sounds.” Furthermore, I’m puzzled about how he transitions from being married and committed to separated and calling himself ‘single PK’ in such a short timeframe, just 24 or 48 hours. It’s all quite surprising, really, like a sudden shock.

However, the mid-season trailer released in January 2025 showed that Dorit had no intention of reconciling their differences.

“If the man wants a divorce,” the Beverly Beach founder said, “we’re getting a divorce.”

As the final episode of the season approached a few months down the line, Dorit made it clear that their relationship had ended for good.

About a week past, I decided to limit my connection with him significantly, as shared during the season 14 reunion of RHOBH earlier this month. “Given how you’re making me feel right now,” I told him, “I don’t believe I can maintain any kind of relationship or friendship with you.” That was only a week ago, and my stance remains unchanged.
