In this captivating tapestry of extraordinary women, I find myself utterly mesmerized by their resilience, grace, and unwavering spirit. Each woman here represents a unique chapter in the grand narrative of modern-day success stories.

Brynn Whitfield encourages Bravo viewers to catch up on The Real Housewives of New York City before forming opinions about Rebecca Minkoff’s connection to the controversial religion, Scientology.

In an exclusive chat with TopMob News before the season 15 debut, the Bravo star expressed that everyone has unique belief structures, which they should rightfully hold. This aspect was novel for our team, she suggested, and viewers might find it intriguing to see Rebecca disclosing this personal facet of her life.

Brynn acknowledged that the well-known fashion designer doesn’t feel compelled to justify her adherence to the belief system established by L. Ron Hubbard. However, she hinted that Rebecca’s religious beliefs may become a point of discussion during the upcoming season of RHONY.

Brynn explained, “This thing she keeps personal is deeply rooted in her thoughts and convictions – her philosophy, if you will. And remember, everyone has their own secrets, experiences, whether positive or negative, matters of faith or past hurts, relationships included. That’s the essence of this show.

Additionally, the marketing consultant commended Rebecca, who openly acknowledges her Jewish and Scientology beliefs, for her honesty regarding her family’s ties with the frequently discussed organization.

Brynn explained, “The extent and intimacy of what someone reveals reflects their comfort at that particular point in time.” She added, “It can be challenging to expose oneself and disclose everything, so she chooses to do so according to her own rhythm and comfort zone.

TopMob has reached out to Rebecca for comment but has not heard back.

Regarding the manner in which the fashion industry veteran joined their circle of friends, Brynn playfully hinted at a touch of theatrical conflict with Rebecca – most notably following her comment about Rebecca’s $100 million brand being equivalent to Nordstrom Rack’s level, as depicted in the season 15 trailer.

First and foremost, Brynn emphatically stated that she had never told a lie. Growing up in extreme poverty, she explains, she couldn’t even afford shopping at Nordstrom Rack until her twenties. In essence, the American dream, as she sees it, is not just to aspire for more but to amass so much wealth that one can become elitist or snobbish, and that is where she currently stands.

Plus, the 37-year-old noted the comment was made in jest.

She went on to say, “I only pick on or joke with people who can handle it. If you can’t see that things might be thrown back at me, it’s because they often are, as it’s what I deserve. By the way, I don’t believe I have a brand in Nordstrom Rack, sweetheart. But I said it, and I stand by my words.

Catch Rebecca as she steps into the spotlight for the first time on Bravo, when “The Real Housewives of New York City” premieres tomorrow, October 1st, at 9 PM. Don’t forget to continue reading to find out about this season and check out the captivating new cast photos!
