Monica Garcia is a mother of five.

Previously on “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,” a former cast member, who has children Bri (age 19), Jaidyn (age 14), West (age 8), and Kendall (age 7) with her ex-husband Mike Fowler, has just given birth to her first child with current partner Braxton Knight. This joyous event comes a year after she experienced the heartbreaking loss of a previous pregnancy.

In a heartfelt post on Instagram dated April 17th, Monica expressed that having a baby at 40 wasn’t what she had expected, mirroring the unpredictable course her life had taken in recent years. “God and my body… thank you,” she concluded.

As an overjoyed fan, I find myself immersed in a heartwarming montage that captures the tender moments of a 41-year-old and her partner as they nurture their newborn at the hospital, then carefully transport their precious bundle of joy home for the first time. The video also showcases one of Monica’s daughters tenderly cradling her new sibling in her arms, a testament to the love that binds this family together.

Monica expressed her gratitude, saying, “I’m so thankful for keeping this little one safe throughout nine months and the delivery process.

The reality star finished by saying, “I will miss this so much every hiccup and every kick felt.”

As a lifestyle consultant looking back on my time in the spotlight, I, Monica, shared exciting news last month – I’m expecting! You might remember me from season four of RHOSLC, where it turned out I was running a fan account about the cast before becoming part of the show. Quite a twist, right? Now, I can’t wait to embark on this new chapter in my life as a mom-to-be.

Speaking candidly about my recent experiences, I shared with People magazine on March 4 that stepping away from the chaos and whirlwind of RHOSLC wasn’t easy. The outpouring of both love and criticism left me feeling a bit overwhelmed. Sadly, some friendships were strained, I was excluded by the cast, lost my job, and had to deal with the fallout in my relationship with my mother. All these events combined have left my world feeling shattered.

At forty, life took an unforeseen turn as I experienced an unwanted pregnancy followed by a heart-rending miscarriage,” I lamented. “It felt like the world was adding salt to my wounds during this challenging period. The daily accusations of fabricating a pregnancy and miscarriage only compounded the agony of losing a child that I will carry with me forever. As if grieving the loss of my baby wasn’t enough, I was torn apart by some of the cruelest remarks ever directed at me.

The founder of Brea Baby later shared the reason behind delaying the announcement of her most recent pregnancy, revealing it was only made a month before her delivery date.

Monica revealed, “Experiencing that miscarriage was my most challenging moment under the public spotlight, and I had no intention of enduring such an ordeal again. It’s all about ensuring the health of the pregnancy and the well-being of the child for me.

She continued, “God has been by my side at every turn. I’ve been incredibly fortunate and have chosen not to speak about it much. I merely hope that someone might find solace in these words, feeling a connection somehow. It’s a reminder that no matter the hurt inflicted by others, their actions, words, or attempts to take away what they think is yours, they can never seize what God has planned for you.
