Rise of the Ronin PC Requires a Whopping 180 GB of Installation Space

Suddenly, Koei Tecmo has made an unexpected announcement that Rise of the Ronin will be available on PC. It’s scheduled to release at a price point of $49.99, which is good news since the system requirements aren’t excessively demanding. However, you’ll need a solid-state drive and approximately 180 GB of free storage space for installation.

This configuration should allow for gameplay at 1080p resolution with 30 frames per second, running on the lowest graphics settings and utilizing upscalers.

The suggested specifications call for a Core i5-10600K or Ryzen 5 5600X processor, 16 GB of RAM, and either a GeForce RTX 2080 Super (with 8 GB of VRAM) or a Radeon RX 6700XT (with 12 GB of VRAM). These components should deliver 1080p/60 FPS gameplay at Standard settings, and they’ll be able to handle upscaling as well. An NVMe SSD is essential for this setup too.
