Another day, another rumour of a tentpole Xbox exclusive coming to PS5.
It’s worth noting that the information we’re about to share might not be shocking given the current context. However, let us share some speculation that originates from a Spanish tipster named eXtas1s, who has previously accurately predicted details such as the PlayStation version of Forza Horizon 5, which was officially confirmed only a few days ago.

View Urgent ForecastAs per the reports from Snoopster, the Gears of War Trilogy Collection is set to debut simultaneously on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Notably, there will be seamless cross-platform playability across all editions of the game.
The title suggests that the package includes the initial three installments of Gears of War, initially released on Xbox 360. Interestingly, a PlayStation 3 version of Gears of War 3 does exist, as Epic Games, the franchise owner, had once contemplated making it multi-platform before eventually transferring the intellectual property to Microsoft.
Since the port was never completed, this compilation would represent the series’ first appearance on PlayStation platforms. If the information is accurate, it will also acquaint PlayStation 5 users with the franchise prior to the launch of the upcoming title, Gears of War E-Day, which has been speculated to be released on Sony’s system as well.
