To read Masaoki Shindo’s RuriDragon manga yourself, you can access the latest chapters for free via Viz Media’s digital Shonen Jump library or Shueisha’s MangaPlus service. Fortunately, the series is not planning another hiatus, so new installments should keep coming regularly.
