As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I can confidently say that the anticipation for games like S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is akin to a kid on Christmas Eve. The excitement is palpable, and the countdown to launch day feels like an eternity.
Xbox appears to be saving some of its highly anticipated releases for late in the year. Specifically, the much-anticipated game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, developed by GSC Game World, is nearing its release. After the game was confirmed to have gone gold, pre-loading has now started as well, indicating that the release date might be closer than we think.
Specifically, gamers using Xbox Series X/S can start pre-loading the eagerly awaited open-world survival horror shooter right away. Keep in mind though, you’ll need to make sure there’s enough room on your storage, as the game takes up approximately 147.6 GB (as per Pure Xbox).
Individuals who’ve already pre-ordered the game are able to download it ahead of time, just like those with a subscription to Game Pass Ultimate and Game Pass PC.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is set to launch on November 20 for Xbox Series X/S and PC.
