Scarlett Johansson was more than a superhero at the 2025 Oscars.

Indeed, the actress who plays a role in the “Avengers” series graced the red carpet of the 97th Academy Awards, held on March 2 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles and hosted by Conan O’Brien. She donned an exquisite velvet dress that made her feel like a queen.

As I stood before Zuri Hall at the Live From TopMob: The Oscars, I couldn’t help but feel regal, adorned in none other than Thierry Mugler and those breathtaking De Beers diamonds.

Apart from being lined up to present at the ceremony, alongside Selena Gomez, Oprah Winfrey, and Halle Berry, Scarlett also engaged in a friendly conversation about another interest – her co-star in Jurassic World: Rebirth, Jonathan Bailey.

She went on, “He’s truly multitalented, and he’s an exceptional person. Not only is he a brilliant actor, but he’s also irresistibly charming.

Scarlett holds a deep affection for Jonathan, whose film “Wicked” is up for Best Picture at the awards ceremony alongside “Anora”, “The Brutalist”, “A Complete Unknown”, “Conclave”, “Dune: Part Two”, “Emilia Pérez”, “I’m Still Here”, “Nickel Boys”, and “The Substance”. Yet, she’s equally thankful for her fellow cast members in “Jurassic World: Rebirth”, including Mahershala Ali.

She revealed, “We formed a family.” Working on Jurassic World, we encountered some truly extreme conditions. No one went into the project thinking it would be easy. The climate and environment are usually inhospitable. That’s why, as a cast, we stuck together, and it was a wonderful experience.

Despite not receiving a nomination during this year’s ceremony, Scarlett was previously nominated twice. In 2020, she earned nominations in two categories: Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role for “Marriage Story” and Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role for “Jojo Rabbit.
