Ahoy there, fellow gamers! As a seasoned veteran who has traversed countless worlds and raced through galaxies with Sonic and his pals, I must confess that my heart skipped a beat upon hearing of the new Sonic Racing game in development. The mere sight of Shadow’s fist and that sleek black-and-red sports car set my adrenaline racing!
A new Sonic Racing game is currently being worked on, and at The Game Awards, we were given a fleeting glimpse. What we saw was just a quick moment of Shadow the Hedgehog clenching his fist before jumping into a sleek, black-and-red racing vehicle.
Regrettably, there’s no announced release date, and we haven’t heard anything about gameplay mechanics or characters yet. The title suggests that it will focus solely on Sonic the Hedgehog characters, unlike Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed which includes a variety of Sega characters. (One of this author’s favorites!)
