During the broadcast, Shaq’s fellow hosts playfully commented on an unforeseen interruption and shared possible explanations for the sports icon’s sudden need to leave – apparently a bathroom emergency.

Kenny mentioned to the audience, “It seems you’ve been consuming olive oil,” and later on, he said, “Apparently, he’s been using olive oil to clean his digestive system. Well, it appears he’s indeed taking care of that area.

In a jovial manner, Charles Barkley said to Shaq as he quickly left the studio, “Here, grab some firestarters on your way out.

Later on, Smith expressed understanding towards Shaq. He said humorously, “You know, he just couldn’t keep it in,” referring to the fact that after turning 40, one can’t control it anymore.

As a faithful participant, I initially suspected a well-crafted joke when I inquired, “Was that part of the plan?” Upon hearing their affirmative responses, my doubts were put to rest.

“I didn’t like his gait as he left,” Ernie then cracked. “That was not a typical walk right there.”

Later in the segment, Shaq returned to laugh off the live TV blunder.

He said, ‘That was definitely my favorite thing I’ve had all day, sipping on that water,’ as he resumed his seat. ‘No offense intended, America.’

Shaquille O’Neal additionally accused Charles of chattering excessively during commentary, saying, “I’m sitting here thinking, ‘Just be quiet already and get on with it!’
