Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new accusations of human trafficking as he awaits a federal trial.
In a civil suit submitted in Florida on April 1st, Joseph Manzaro claims, as court documents acquired by TopMob News reveal, that he was unlawfully drugged, transported against his will, and sexually assaulted, being a victim of a manipulative and criminal organization led by Combs and others in 2015. He has listed celebrities such as Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and LeBron James as potential witnesses in this lawsuit.
In his statement, Manzaro claimed that the events he’s accusing occurred in April 2015. He mentioned that he blacked out after encountering a substance similar to Vaseline while opening his front door, which then led him to claim that he was taken to another location. There, an associate of Combs reportedly told him that the music tycoon wanted him brought to a “Freak-Off” event.
In the lawsuit, Manzaro claimed that he was covertly moved into the music producer’s residence via a hidden passageway, which was supposedly linked to the Miami home of Gloria and Emilio Estefan.
According to his claim, after regaining some awareness, he found himself in a spacious party venue, which he believes was a birthday celebration for Christian Combs, who was 17 at the time. In this gathering, it is alleged that he was compelled to show up wearing a phallic-shaped mask.
In the court documents, it’s mentioned that I, being an overly enthusiastic fan, was apparently positioned in their presence. And let me tell you, when Beyoncé Knowles-Carter caught sight of me, she asked curiously, “Who is this? What’s the purpose here? Why is this man, half-clothed and wearing a mask resembling a certain body part, standing so close to me?
TopMob News has contacted lawyers representing Combs, Jay-Z and Beyoncé, the Estefans, and James in an attempt to get their comments but have yet to receive a response.
In the court case, Manzaro claims he was compelled to walk through several rooms full of people who were mocking and ridiculing him. Moreover, Combs reportedly said, “Tonight, he’ll discover what we do to informants. Let’s get him undressed!
According to Manzaro’s account, following his forced bathing, he claims he was subjected to unwanted sexual acts and assault. He further alleges that after losing consciousness, he awoke in a small, dimly lit room on a couch. Subsequently, he states he was dressed and transported from the residence to another location where he endured severe beatings and was left unconscious or near death.
According to him, both the Estefans and James had seen him before he got into Combs’ house. The lawsuit claims this happened around 12:30 AM, as he was being pulled through their mansion’s back entrance. Gloria reportedly became alarmed when she saw his poor condition, shouting “Call an ambulance!”, but Emilio allegedly hushed her and led her away instead.
Additionally, he mentioned that, upon meeting LeBron, the NBA superstar retorted, “You all need to address that situation urgently!” (in reference to Gloria’s proposal for an ambulance)
Jay-Z’s lawyer has stated that Jay-Z was not in Florida when the incident allegedly occurred. Similarly, James’ representative claimed he was playing basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers and had never been in Miami during the time of the alleged party. Lastly, Gloria and Emilio’s representatives declared that no parties were held at their Miami residence between 2012 and 2019.
In his lawsuit, Manzaro claims that due to the disputed event, he sustained catastrophic physical injuries such as severe internal damage, permanent groin harm, impairment of sexual functions, and multiple inguinal hernias. These injuries have been thoroughly documented by medical assessments from both a urologist and a surgeon.
2024 saw a federal indictment against Combs, alleging sex trafficking and additional offenses. He is claimed to have leveraged his businesses for the transportation of both women and male sex workers to participate in filmed sexual acts, often referred to as “Freak Offs.
According to prosecutors, it is claimed that the music producer’s staff arranged for the occurrence of certain events by reserving hotel rooms and preparing them with drugs, baby oil, and other lubricants. The music producer has denied these charges and is still incarcerated before his trial in May.

According to the lawsuit, he claims that both the Estefans and James witnessed him prior to entering Combs’ house. The suit further states that at around 12:30 am, he was violently pulled through the back door of their mansion, causing Gloria to become alarmed by his poor condition and exclaim, “Call an ambulance!” However, Manzaro alleges that Emilio quickly hushed her and escorted her away.
In addition, he mentioned that upon meeting LeBron, the renowned NBA player replied, “You all had better address that issue!” (in reference to Gloria’s ambulance plan)
Jay-Z’s lawyer stated to TMZ that his client wasn’t present in Florida during the period when the supposed incident occurred. Similarly, James’ representative informed the outlet that he was busy playing basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers, and therefore, couldn’t have been in Miami when the alleged party transpired. Lastly, representatives for Gloria and Emilio clarified that no parties were hosted at their Miami residence from 2012 to 2019, contradicting claims about events at their house.
Due to the alleged incident, Manzaro claims in his lawsuit that he sustained devastating physical injuries such as severe internal wounds, permanent damage to his groin area, impairment of his sexual function, and multiple hernias in the inguinal region. These injuries have been thoroughly documented by medical assessments from both a urologist and a surgeon.
The 2024 federal indictment alleges that Combs employed his businesses for transporting both women and male sex workers, who were then involved in filmed sexual acts, also known as “Freak Offs.”
The charges against Combs in a 2024 federal indictment include sex trafficking and other offenses. It is alleged that he used his companies to transport people for the purpose of participating in recorded sexual performances, or “Freak Offs.
Authorities claim that the music producer’s staff set up the incidents by reserving hotel rooms and preparing them with illicit substances such as drugs, baby oil, and other lubricants. However, the music producer has pleaded innocent in this matter and is currently incarcerated, awaiting his May hearing.

Federal authorities from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) carried out searches at the Los Angeles and Miami residences of Sean “Diddy” Combs on March 25, according to multiple sources within law enforcement who spoke with NBC News. The warrant originated from the Southern District of New York, and an HSI representative in New York confirmed to TopMob News that they were executing legal actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI branches in Los Angeles, Miami, and local law enforcement partners. It was reported by NBC News that Combs was in the Miami region during the execution of the search warrants.
News emerged regarding an ongoing investigation following accusations of sexual misconduct against Combs, which began with lawsuits filed by several accusers in November. The musician has publicly denied these allegations, stating on Instagram in December: “I am being accused of things I did not do by individuals seeking a quick payday. I want to make it clear: I have not committed any of the heinous acts alleged against me. I will vigorously defend my name, my family, and the truth.
The day following the execution of search warrants at both Sean Combs’ Los Angeles and Miami properties, his lawyer, Aaron Dyer, responded with a statement to TopMob News. In the statement issued on March 26th, he expressed concern over the excessive use of military-style force during the searches. “There is no justification for the aggressive display of force by the authorities or the manner in which his children and employees were treated,” Dyer said.
Dyer also noted that Combs was not detained but did speak with and cooperated with the authorities. The statement further clarified that neither Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested, and their freedom to travel has not been restricted in any way.
In response to media speculation, Dyer described the raids as an “unprecedented ambush” paired with a coordinated media presence, which he believes has led to a premature judgment of Combs. He characterized the situation as a witch hunt based on unfounded accusations made in civil lawsuits.
In other words, Dyer conveyed that Combs aims to vindicate himself, stating, “Regarding all the accusations, there has been no legal responsibility found against him in either criminal or civil matters. Mr. Combs maintains his innocence and is determined to work tirelessly each day to prove his innocence.
During the searches, it’s been reported by multiple law enforcement sources who are knowledgeable about the warrant, that devices such as phones were taken from Sean Combs’ home in Miami before he was due to travel to the Bahamas. Additionally, several sources with information on the matter have mentioned that firearms were found during this search.
A source with knowledge of the situation informed NBC News that four individuals – three women and one man – were questioned by authorities from the Southern District of New York regarding accusations involving sex trafficking, sexual assault, drug dealing, and gun charges that may be linked to Combs.
On the same day that search warrants were carried out at Combs’ Miami and Los Angeles properties, one of his associates, Brendan Paul, was apprehended by the Miami-Dade police on suspicion of drug possession. This information was shared with NBC News by a source familiar with the matter in law enforcement. The arrest affidavit obtained by the outlet states that Paul was detained for allegedly having suspected cocaine and marijuana edibles. Prison records show that he was released on March 26 after posting bond. In a statement to NBC News, Paul’s attorney, Brian Bieber, said, “We do not intend to try this case in the media; all matters will be handled in court.” In May, Paul accepted a plea deal, with his lawyer Bieber informing People magazine that “Brendan agreed to the prosecutor’s offer to allow him entry into the diversion program. Upon completion of this program, the entire case against him will be dropped.
On September 16, 2024, as reported by NBC News, he was apprehended in the lobby of a hotel in New York City. The specific charges against him are yet to be disclosed, and it remains uncertain whether his arrest is linked to any recent police raids.
His legal representative, Marc Agnifilo, expressed disappointment towards the U.S. Attorney’s Office for pursuing a prosecution against Mr. Combs that they deem unjust. They emphasize that while he may have flaws, he is not a criminal. Notably, Mr. Combs has been cooperative throughout the investigation and recently moved to New York on his own accord in preparation for these charges.
Following his arrest on a previously sealed indictment, the charges against Combs were made public on September 17.
The 54-year-old is accused of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by means of force, deception or coercion, and facilitating prostitution, according to court records obtained by NBC News.
The indictment alleges that Combs exploited, threatened, and compelled women and others around him to satisfy his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his actions for over a decade. Prosecutors claim this alleged behavior began approximately in 2008.
In the documents, it is stated that Combs utilized “the employees, resources, and influence of the diverse business empire he headed and controlled” to establish a criminal enterprise. The members and associates of this enterprise are said to have committed various crimes, including sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.
As reported by NBC News, Combs pleaded not guilty and the judge declined to grant him bail. In a statement made before the court hearing, his attorney Marc Agnifilo declared that he would vigorously defend Combs with every ounce of his energy and conviction, expressing full confidence in his legal team.
After his apprehension, Combs was detained at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center without being granted a $50 million bail. This influential figure in music was also put under suicide watch, which TopMob News reports is a standard practice for well-known prisoners. However, he has since been removed from this watch.
According to a source from NBC News, he was given the same section of the prison as Sam Bankman-Fried, who is known for his involvement in cryptocurrency fraud.
34-year-old comedian, Jeff Wittek, openly admitted on September 29 that he was present at one of Diddy’s infamous “wild” parties, which took place around the year 2010, at a luxurious Miami residence.
On Jeff FM, Wittek described it as being approximately 24 meters tall and continuously ascending, with each level revealing increasingly peculiar occurrences.
He went on to say, “I witnessed explicit sexual activity that evening, which was a first for me in all my years. I didn’t participate myself, but I certainly ended up quite intoxicated.
As Wittek put it, “It’s just crazy. I was literally there. I lived through it.”
At a news conference held on October 1st, lawyer Tony Buzbee disclosed that a total of 120 individuals have recently made accusations of sexual assault against the rapper, bringing new claims to light.
At a press conference with NBC News, Buzbee stated that the accusations against Combs encompass charges such as:
1. Sexual assault or rape involving violence.
2. Encouraging sexual activity while under the influence of controlled substances.
3. Sharing recorded videos related to sexual activity.
4. Abusing minors sexually.
In a subsequent statement, the legal representative for rap artist Erica Wolff made it clear that Sean Combs continues to assert his innocence in response to the accusations levied against him.
She stated, “He can’t respond to every groundless accusation in this situation that’s turned into an irresponsible media spectacle. However, it’s important to clarify that Mr. Combs firmly and unequivocally denies any allegations of sexual abuse, particularly those involving minors, as entirely false and harmful.
During a press conference on October 1st, as reported by NBC News, Tony Buzbee, the lawyer in question, stated that one of the 120 accusers was just nine years old at the time they claimed to have been assaulted by Combs.
According to the attorney, “25 of the accusers were minors at the time of the alleged incidents.”
As a lifestyle expert, I’d express it this way: “It breaks my heart to see my son unfairly judged based on fabricated stories instead of the truth,” Natlie G. Figgers shared in a statement, addressing The Hollywood Reporter on Oct 6th. “Witnessing what appears to be a public execution of my son before he’s had his chance to clear his name is a torment beyond words. Just like any other person, my son deserves a fair trial, an opportunity to tell his side, and the chance to establish his innocence.
The legal representative for Beyoncé and Jay-Z issued a statement following Piers Morgan’s television guest, Jaguar Wright’s comments, where she suggested that Beyoncé and Jay-Z have more victims than Diddy.
As an ardent enthusiast, let me express that hearing rumors and absurdities is common, but what I was told by Alex Spiro to TMZ on the 9th of October was something entirely different. This wasn’t just another rumor or nonsense; it was a formal and explicit accusation of something significant.
In simpler terms, their lawyer instructed Piers to take down the untrue claim, which he subsequently complied with and issued an apology.
On his October 8th program, Piers stated that at the time, there was no one present to counter or refute the claims. However, now it appears that they have responded: their legal representative has reached out to say that these accusations are completely untrue and lack any factual basis.
In a revised lawsuit initially submitted in October 2024, defendant Ashley Parkham alleged that Odell Beckham Jr., Druski, and Combs were involved in a group sexual assault of her in 2018, which occurred in March 2025.
Both men denied the claims.
In March 2025, Combs reappeared in court to deny charges leveled in an updated indictment which claimed he coerced staff into working excessive hours and made threats against them if they resisted.
Following a court mandate for the anonymous plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, to reveal her identity and resubmit a lawsuit filed in October 2024 against Combs for sexual assault, the case was terminated when the plaintiff failed to refile within the given deadline.
