Or, more conversational:
The allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs for human trafficking no longer include Beyoncé and Jay-Z as parties in the lawsuit.

Joseph Manzaro initially claimed in his April complaint that he was “drugged, transported unwillingly, and subjected to sexual abuse as a victim of a controlling and criminal network,” with the help of Combs in 2015. He asserted that at a Miami birthday party for the record producer’s son Christian, he was made to wear a penis mask, and Beyoncé and Jay-Z were among those who witnessed him.

In a revised lawsuit submitted on April 11, Manzaro failed to mention the parties involved, according to TMZ. It is said that Jay-Z’s legal representative demonstrated to Manzaro’s legal team that the couple were not in Miami during the time of the alleged incident, based on information from reliable sources.

TopMob News contacted the legal representatives of Manzaro, Combs, Beyoncé, and Jay-Z seeking their comments, but have yet to receive a response.

Combs countered the accusations brought forth in Manzaro’s initial claim, a document that TopMob News acquired.

According to the accuser’s statement, he claimed to have blacked out in April 2015 upon sensing a slippery substance similar to Vaseline when he opened his front door at home. He further stated that he was then taken to another location, where it is alleged that an associate of Combs informed him that the rap producer wanted him to attend a “Freak-Off” event.

In his lawsuit, Manzaro claimed that he was discreetly moved to the music producer’s residence in Miami, where it is believed (on the basis of available information) that he attended a birthday party for Christian Combs, who was 17 at the time. Furthermore, he alleged that he was compelled to don a penis mask against his will during this event.

The initial statement describes Jay-Z and Beyoncé Knowles-Carter being situated inside the room. Upon noticing Manzaro, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter reportedly questioned, “Who is this? What’s going on here? Why is this man with a mask resembling a male figure standing before me?

According to TMZ’s report, the revised lawsuit by Manzaro is virtually identical to the initial one, with references to the couple omitted. Manzar claims he was forced to walk through several crowded rooms where people were mocking and insulting him. He alleges that Combs declared, “He’ll soon discover our methods for dealing with informants tonight. Let’s take his clothes off!

The individual making the accusation further states that they were subjected to a non-consensual sexual act and compelled into unwanted sexual interactions. Later, it is claimed that they were brutally attacked and abandoned in another residence, apparently left with fatal injuries.

According to Combs’ legal team, they stated to TopMob News on April 1st that the lawsuit “shows just how far the plaintiffs are willing to go for attention and money, seeking headlines rather than justice.” They further added that no reasonable person would believe this story as presented in the complaint.

In their words, “Mr. Combs eagerly anticipates the court hearing, where it will become clear that these falsehoods and the malicious intentions of their originators will be unmasked.

Apart from deleting references to the couple, the revised lawsuit mirrors the initial one, according to TMZ. Manzaro claims he was forced to walk through numerous rooms full of people who were mocking and harassing him, and Combs reportedly said, “He’s about to discover what we do to informants tonight. Let’s strip him down!

The person making the accusation claims he was subjected to non-consensual sexual acts and was later brutally attacked and abandoned at another location.

According to a statement made to TopMob News on April 1st, Combs’ legal team stated that the lawsuit “shows the extreme measures plaintiffs are willing to take to gain attention and receive money. A rational individual would find it hard to believe this account.

In simpler terms, their comment went on to say that Mr. Combs is eager to face the court, a place where the falsehoods he’s been accused of, along with the malicious intentions behind those accusations, will be exposed.

As a devoted follower, I’m sharing a recent development concerning a public figure. There have been multiple civil lawsuits accusing this individual, Combs, of sexual abuse. Moreover, he is currently under a 2024 federal indictment for charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering. The allegations claim that he leveraged his businesses to transport women and sex workers for recorded performances, often referred to as “Freak Offs.

He has pleaded not guilty in the case and awaits a May trial.

On March 25th, federal agents from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) carried out search warrants at the Los Angeles and Miami properties belonging to Sean “Diddy” Combs. This information was confirmed by multiple law enforcement sources to NBC News. The warrant originated from the Southern District of New York, and a representative for HSI New York verified to TopMob News that they were executing law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and local law enforcement partners. At the time the search warrants were executed, it was reported that Combs was in the Miami area.

The investigation was revealed following accusations of sexual misconduct made against Combs, which started with lawsuits filed by several accusers in November. In a statement posted on Instagram in December, he stated, “Despicable claims have been levied against me by individuals seeking a quick profit. Let it be known: I am innocent of these horrendous acts. I will defend my reputation, my family, and the truth.

The day following the execution of search warrants at both Sean Combs’ Los Angeles and Miami properties, his attorney Aaron Dyer made a statement. He expressed that an excessive display of force, akin to military operations, was used during the searches. Dyer also criticized the authorities for their hostile behavior towards Combs’ children and employees.

He further noted that Combs himself wasn’t detained but willingly spoke with and cooperated with the authorities. Dyer’s statement clarified that neither Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested or had their travel restricted in any way. He labeled the events as an unwarranted raid, accompanied by a strategically placed media presence, which he deemed a hasty judgment against Combs and a baseless witch hunt based on unfounded accusations from civil lawsuits.

And Dyer conveyed that Combs intends to vigorously defend himself against all the accusations levied against him. He further stated, “There has been no determination of guilt or liability in any of these allegations. Mr. Combs maintains his innocence and will tirelessly work every day to prove his innocence.

During the searches, it’s been reported by multiple law enforcement sources who are knowledgeable about the warrant, that authorities from the Department of Homeland Security confiscated phones from Combs’ Miami residence before his planned trip to the Bahamas. Additionally, several sources privy to the situation stated that firearms were uncovered during the search.

A person knowledgeable about the situation has disclosed to NBC News that four individuals – three women and one man – were questioned by prosecutors and investigators from the Southern District of New York regarding accusations involving sex trafficking, sexual assault, illegal narcotics dealing, and firearms, all allegedly linked to Combs.

On the same day that search warrants were executed at Combs’ properties in Miami and Los Angeles, one of his associates, Brendan Paul, was apprehended by the Miami-Dade police on drug-related charges. The Miami-Dade arrest affidavit revealed that Paul was arrested for suspected possession of cocaine and marijuana edibles. NBC News reported that Paul was released from custody on March 26 after posting bond. In a statement provided to the outlet, Paul’s attorney, Brian Bieber, stated, “We will not be trying this case in the media; all matters will be addressed in court.” Later in May, Paul agreed to a plea deal, with his lawyer Bieber informing People magazine that “Brendan accepted the prosecutor’s offer to allow him entry into the diversion program. Upon completion of this program, the entire case against him will be dismissed.

On September 16, 2024, I was apprehended in the lobby of a New York hotel, as reported by NBC News. The specific charges against me are yet undisclosed, and it remains uncertain whether this arrest is related to any recent investigations or raids.

In a statement to TopMob News, lawyer Marc Agnifilo expressed disappointment over the U.S. Attorney’s Office’s decision to pursue a prosecution against Mr. Combs that they believe is unjust. They stated that while Mr. Combs is not perfect, he is not a criminal. To their credit, they mentioned that Mr. Combs has been fully cooperative with the investigation and recently moved to New York voluntarily in preparation for these charges.

The lawyer added, “Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”

Following the arrest of Combs based on a previously sealed warrant, the indictment was made public on September 17.

The 54-year-old is accused of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking through force, deceit or coercion, and arranging prostitution, as court documents obtained by NBC News reveal.

The indictment alleges that Combs exploited, intimidated, and compelled women and others in his vicinity to satisfy his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his actions for over a decade. Prosecutors claim the alleged misconduct began around 2008.

“To achieve this,” the documents assert, “Combs utilized the employees, resources, and influence of the diverse business empire he led and controlled—forming a criminal organization whose members and affiliates engaged in, and attempted to engage in, various crimes such as sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.

As reported by NBC News, Combs pleaded not guilty and was denied bail. However, his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, expressed that he would vigorously contest the charges and has complete faith in his legal team. This statement was made to reporters before the court hearing.

After his apprehension, Combs was kept at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center and refused bail amounting to $50 million. The influential figure in the music industry was also put under suicide observation, a routine step for prominent prisoners, as reported by TopMob News. However, he has since been removed from this watch.

As fate would have it, I found myself sharing the same cellblock with none other than Sam Bankman-Fried, the notorious figure in the world of cryptocurrency fraud, according to a reliable tip from NBC News.

34-year-old comedian Jeff Wittek admitted on September 29 that he was present at one of Sean Combs (Diddy)’s infamous “wild parties” held at a Miami mansion, approximately in the year 2010.

According to Wittek, it seemed to be around eight stories tall and continued ascending, and as we climbed higher, the more unusual events occurred.

He went on to say, “I witnessed an explicit display of intimacy that evening, which was a first for me. I didn’t participate myself, but I ended up getting quite intoxicated instead.

As Wittek put it, “It’s just crazy. I was literally there. I lived through it.”

At a press conference held on October 1st, lawyer Tony Buzbee shared that a total of 120 individuals have stepped forward, making fresh accusations of sexual assault against the rapper.

In a press conference with NBC News, Buzbee stated that accusations leveled against Combs involve:

1. Sexual assault or rape of a violent nature,
2. Encouraging sexual encounters while under the influence of controlled substances,
3. Sharing video recordings of such events, and
4. Abusing minors sexually.

In a subsequent statement, the legal representative of Erica Wolff made clear that Sean Combs continues to assert his innocence in response to the accusations.

She stated, “He can’t respond to every groundless accusation in what has turned into an irresponsible media spectacle,” she said. “However, it is important to note that Mr. Combs firmly and unequivocally refutes as baseless and defaming any claim suggesting he has sexually abused anyone, including minors.

During a press conference on October 1st, as reported by NBC News, Tony Buzbee (Combs’ lawyer) stated that one of the 120 accusers was merely nine years old at the time they claim to have been assaulted by Combs.

According to the attorney, “25 of the accusers were minors at the time of the alleged incidents.”

In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter on Oct. 6, Natlie G. Figgers, Janice’s attorney, expressed her sadness at seeing her client’s son being judged based on falsehoods rather than the truth. She described the public trial that appears to be taking place before he has had a chance to prove his innocence as an agonizing ordeal, one that is difficult to put into words. Like every individual, Janice’s son deserves a fair trial, an opportunity to share his perspective, and a chance to establish his innocence.

The legal representative for Beyoncé and Jay-Z issued a statement following Piers Morgan’s television appearance, where his guest Jaguar Wright alleged that the power couple had amassed more “victims” than Sean Combs (Diddy).

Lawyer Alex Spiro told TMZ on October 9th that what they’re dealing with isn’t just rumors or nonsense, it’s a serious, explicit claim about something.

In simpler terms, their lawyer instructed Piers to take down the untrue claim, which he subsequently complied with and issued an apology.

On his October 8th program, Piers stated that at the time, the individuals in question were not there to counter or refute the allegations. However, he added, their legal representative has since reached out to express that these accusations are completely unfounded and lack any factual basis.

Back in October 2024, I found myself compelled to file an amended complaint against three individuals: Ashley Parkham named Odell Beckham Jr., Druski, and Combs. In March 2025, she leveled serious allegations that these gentlemen partook in a horrific act of gang rape against me back in 2018. This revelation has left me utterly shocked and outraged as a devoted fan and supporter of theirs.

Both men denied the claims.

In March 2025, Combs reappeared in court to declare his innocence regarding charges brought forth in an updated indictment. This indictment claimed he had compelled workers to work excessive hours and threatened them with retribution if they did not comply.

In adherence to the court’s ruling, I, as Jane Doe, was compelled to reveal my identity and resubmit a lawsuit that initially was filed in October 2024, alleging sexual assault against Combs. However, when the deadline for re-filing expired, the case was unfortunately dismissed due to my failure to meet the given time frame.
