During the initial stages of the game, you discover a Wooden Plank as the narrative unfolds. This discovery follows your character’s exploration of the apartment building situated on Martin Street, which is accessed by crawling through the garage door.

Steel Pipe

The following hand-to-hand weapon you encounter is a metal pipe, which provides a slight boost to the reach of your close quarters attacks.

During your game’s narrative advancement, you’ll encounter a scene where a steel pipe is situated. Specifically, it’s stuck in the bonnet of a car hidden in an alley on Katz Street, located in the western part of South Vale.

Chainsaw

This high-grade melee tool, known as a Chainsaw, can swiftly shred foes with a single strike. Bosses tend to crumble much faster when this Chainsaw is in play. That’s why it’s only accessible after completing the New Game Plus, demanding at least one victory over the game first.

The chainsaw’s sound is likely to reach you before you spot it. It’s hidden within a wooden log that lies right across from the Silent Hill Ranch sign, positioned on your right as you travel along the path.

The Handgun

The Hunting Rifle is locked away on a gun rack in the Armory of Toluca Prison. Requires the Armory Key to acquire it.
