Recently unearthed rating information for Silent Hill F and Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 in South Korea hints at a possible resurfacing of these two highly anticipated games that have been under development for quite some time. However, it remains uncertain whether this rating means either game is about to be released or if there will be an update soon.
More than two years ago, back in October 2022, it was confirmed that Silent Hill F was underway, along with the release of Bloober Team’s Silent Hill 2 remake and the spin-off Silent Hill: Townfall, developed by No Code. Ever since then, Konami has primarily focused on Silent Hill 2, and there have been no updates regarding the other two projects.
After several months since the release of Silent Hill 2, there’s a possibility that Konami might be ready to unveil their other project franchises soon. It is rumored that Silent Hill F could be the next main installment in the series, although this isn’t definitively confirmed yet. You can catch a glimpse of the game by checking out the trailer provided above.
Reminding myself once more that Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is indeed on its way, a fact that might bring both excitement and uncertainty given its complex development history. Announced in 2019, the game has been in the hands of various teams since then, each trying to shape it into a polished final product. In January 2024, there was talk of its release on PS5 within months, yet here we are, a year later, still waiting for its emergence.
