Sister Wives’ Madison Brush Welcomes Baby No. 4!

Madison Brush recently welcomed her fourth baby with husband Caleb Brush. The Sister Wives star made the announcement alongside a picture of her newborn daughter Emilia swaddled in an all-pink outfit while she sweetly opts for a nap during her big photo op.

“Absolutely worth the wait, Miss Emilia Estelle Brush has finally made her grand entrance,” the 29-year-old wrote on Instagram March 15. “Our sweet girl took her time, keeping us all in suspense, but when she decided it was time—she didn’t waste a second. Born on 3/14, she arrived absolutely perfect.”

She continued, “We are completely smitten with our newest little love.”

Madison, who married Caleb in 2016, is also mom to kids Axel, 7, Evie, 5, and Josephine, 2.

Baby Emilia’s arrival was also celebrated by her grandmother Janelle Brown.

“Sweet Emilia Estelle,” Janelle—who shares Madison with ex Kody Brown—wrote alongside the same picture shared by Madison on Instagram March 15. “We waited for you to make your appearance. We are so in love.”

Madison and Caleb revealed they were expecting their fourth child in September.

Maddie posted on Instagram about what a rollercoaster this year has been, suggesting that 2025 could be equally eventful! She’s showing off her baby bump in the post and revealed that Baby Brush #4 is due in March 2025.

Following the announcement that their fourth child would indeed be a girl, Madison disclosed that this pregnancy had taken both her and Caleb by surprise.

On the November 4th episode of “The Authentic Society” podcast, she remarked that they were about to wrap up their conversation. At the time, Caleb was discussing with a urologist when she revealed, “I’m pregnant.

“It was such a shock and such a surprise,” she admitted. “I feel like Joey just happened, so I’ve just been pregnant for two years.”

However, even though the pregnancy news came as a surprise to Madison and Caleb, they didn’t find it shocking that a little girl was about to become part of their group.

Caleb and I are somewhat geeky, and we thought it might be a girl,” she explained, “Since statistically, if you already have two of one gender, there’s a higher chance that the next will also be.
