Snoop Dogg is bringing the juice back to The Voice.

After a short break, the artist known for “Gin and Juice” is planning to reappear as a coach for the 28th season of the popular singing contest on NBC, as stated by the network on the 23rd of April.

As a diehard fan, I’m beyond excited about the current lineup of Adam Levine, John Legend, Kelsea Ballerini, and Michael Bublé on the panel. But Can hardly wait to see who they bring in to shake things up!

63-year-old Snoop captivated viewers with his mix of humor and sincere emotions during his debut on the show in 2024. However, before this, he had confessed that he hadn’t envisioned himself staying in the famous red chair for an extended period.

He expressed at a conference in September, as reported by OK Magazine, that he thoroughly enjoyed his time on “The Voice”, but made it clear he wasn’t hiding anything when he said so. When he signed the contract, he thought to himself, “I’ll do this for one year and then move on.

It appears that Snoop Lion became more open to staying beyond season 26 after interacting with his co-coaches.

Upon reaching the location, he went on to express that he became smitten with Reba McEntire, Gwen Stefani, and remarkably, he and Michael Bublé share an unexpected brotherhood-like bond.

Initially, Snoop expressed his motivation behind accepting the role was twofold: to assist up-and-coming artists and simultaneously demonstrate his own knowledge in the field.

He clarified during his interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in May that this chance allows him to demonstrate his deep comprehension of music and truly guide upcoming artists who might become tomorrow’s biggest sensations, providing them with clear guidance.
