After several months of making their relationship Instagram official with orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman, the actress from Modern Family gave a peek into her love life. When inquired about whether New York City is the ideal location for romance, Sofia replied, “Absolutely,” affirming her belief.
In a recent interview with Us Weekly, published on October 24th, I shared that the topic we discussed yesterday is now relevant to me since I find myself in a new chapter of my life – being single once more.
The 52-year-old casually mentioned that she’s more or less unattached, without providing further details about her relationship status with Justin.
“Sofia pointed out that New York City is an ideal location for dating due to its diverse population, which differs significantly from Los Angeles because many people in L.A. are involved in the entertainment industry. Sofia’s first romance was noted following her divorce from Joe Manganiello in July 2023, marking the end of their seven-year marriage. As per Emmy nominee reports, the breakup stemmed from a difference in desires regarding having children, with Joe wishing for them and Sofia preferring not to.
Yet, regarding the allegations, Joe, who is currently in a relationship with Caitlin O’Connor, refuted them. In an interview with Men’s Journal in July, he explained that the divorce was due to the fact that “two individuals drifted apart, and sometimes that just happens.
