SEGA has unveiled the initial trailer and images for the upcoming title, “Sonic the Hedgehog,” as well as the SEGA crossover racing game, “Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds.” Registration for a network trial will become available on February 21.

This game, Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, brings together beloved figures from the Sonic the Hedgehog and SEGA worlds. It’s also introducing an exclusive racing system designed to whisk Sonic racing enthusiasts off to another realm entirely.
In the game Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, you’ll find a return of tracks featuring diverse landscapes such as land, air, and sea. A unique element, Travel Rings, is introduced for the first time in this series. These rings have the power to alter the race dynamically by transporting racers to new CrossWorlds right in the middle of the competition. This game boasts the most extensive character roster in any Sonic racing title and an array of customizable vehicles. Gamers can tailor their racing experience, combining vehicle parts, powers, and abilities according to their preferred playing style.
The game titled “Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds” is planned for launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, as well as personal computers through Steam and the Epic Games Store. At this time, a specific release date has not been disclosed.
