The trailer for Sonic X Shadow Generations has me buzzing like an electrified hedgehog! The new Doom Powers bestowed upon Shadow are a sight to behold, and I can’t wait to get my hands on those Doom Spears and Doom Blast abilities!
Sega and Sonic Team have just revealed a fresh trailer for “Sonic X Shadow Generations,” which showcases the brand-new Doom Powers that Shadow the Hedgehog acquires in his solo campaign. Somehow, Black Doom has resurfaced and endows Shadow with these new powers. They’re mighty and ominous, but it seems they may come at a cost. Here’s your chance to see them for yourself below.
Among these abilities are the already unveiled Doom Spears, capable of firing off five distant projectiles, and Doom Wing, enabling flight in the air. The freshly added skills include Doom Blast, propelling opponents through solid structures, and Doom Morph, transforming Shadow into a darker entity to navigate treacherous terrains.
While the remix of Supporting Me from Sonic Adventure 2 is incredible, the highlight is definitely the appearance of Sonic Heroes’ Metal Overlord. Suffice it to say that Doom Surf will come in handy during this encounter since you can jump and spin while surfing.
The game titled “Sonic X Shadow Generations” is set to debut on October 25th across various platforms: Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Don’t miss out on the eye-catching Collector’s Edition that comes with a Sega Dreamcast statue!
