Last year saw the release of the remastered versions of Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 & 2 towards the end, offering a refreshed take on two iconic PlayStation games. Not only is it now digitally accessible, but soon you’ll also find it on store shelves in physical format.
I can hardly contain my excitement! On the 13th of June, 2025, not just one but two physical copies of this title will be mine to proudly display on my home bookshelf.
In this basic version, you’ll only find the games without any extra features, priced at $29.99 USD or £24.99 GBP.
Instead, the premium version arrives in a Steelbook casing, includes an art book and a CD with the original soundtrack, all neatly contained within one package. The price is $49.99 or equivalent to £44.12.

In our critique, we highly appreciated the remastered collection, commending its immersive ambiance, compelling narrative, and well-developed characters. However, we pointed out that certain aspects seem to have not aged quite as smoothly.
