The gameplay length seems to vary based on different sources. Game director Jasmin Roy mentioned around 15 to 20 hours, while studio head Guillaume Provost suggested it could be as long as 20 to 25 hours.
Lilly opted for “20” as it’s a balanced choice. However, he stressed that their goal isn’t to create a game requiring 40, 50, or 60 hours of playtime. Instead, they aim to produce a game that appreciates gamers’ time, delivers an engaging story, and encourages enjoyment in the moment while imparting knowledge.
It’s uncertain if the playtime includes extra content and cutscenes, but for a solo-player narrative-focused game, it seems fitting.
