As a seasoned movie critic with years of experience under my belt, I must say that I am genuinely thrilled about the return of Special Ops: Lioness for its second season. The first two episodes have already left me on the edge of my seat, and the prospect of more action-packed, suspenseful, and thought-provoking content is simply exhilarating.
In the second season, Special Ops: Lioness resurfaces on our TVs, with the Lioness team facing another challenging mission yet again.
In the official summary, it states that as the CIA’s battle against terrorism becomes more local, characters named Joe (Joe is played by Zoe Saldaña), Kaitlyn (Kaitlyn is played by Nicole Kidman), and Byron (Byron is played by Michael Kelly) bring on a new operative from the Lioness unit to investigate an unidentified threat that has surfaced.
Under increasing scrutiny from every direction, I find myself compelled to delve deeply into the significant personal compromises I’ve made, serving as the head of the Lioness program.
In the U.S. and Canada, you can stream the first two episodes immediately. For our friends in the UK, they’ll be available starting from Monday, 28th October.

When is Special Ops: Lioness season 2 episode 3 released on Paramount Plus?
Every week, new episodes are rolled out, so mark your calendars! The third episode of “Special Ops: Lioness Season 2” is slated to premiere in the United States and Canada on Sunday, 3rd November, and in the UK on Monday, 4th November.
In the United States and Canada, the new series on Paramount Plus debuted on October 27th, while viewers in the UK had to wait until October 28th for its premiere.
Special Ops: Lioness season 2 release schedule – When do new episodes air?
There are eight episodes in the show’s second instalment.
From this point forward, weekly episodes will be broadcast every Sunday in the United States and Canada, while they’ll air on Mondays for international viewers. The final episode is scheduled to air on Sunday, 8th December in both the US and Canada, and Monday, 9th December in other regions such as the UK.
