In just under a week, Hazelight is set to release their latest project called Split Fiction. To help players prepare, the developer has highlighted several key points. Among these are accessibility features such as subtitles that can be adjusted to include or exclude background details, closed captions, and an alternative control scheme that simplifies button pressing and joystick movement.
You have options to customize your gaming experience by adjusting damage received, switching the positions of left and right control sticks, setting a permanent aim marker, reassigning controls (including using personal input settings) and sensitivity adjustments. For players encountering challenges, there are also skippable checkpoints for convenience. It’s perfect for those who prefer to focus on the narrative without being overly concerned about game difficulty.
Beginning on March 6th, “Split Fiction” will be playable on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. It has been verified that the Xbox Series X and PS5 adaptations will operate in fluid 4K resolution at 60 frames per second, while the Xbox Series S provides a smooth 1080p at 60 FPS. The primary narrative spans approximately 14-16 hours, with additional content extending this duration.
