On Xbox Wire, Hilary Goldstein from 1047 Games’ marketing team announced that the upcoming game “Splitgate 2” will be showcased at Gamescom. It’s uncertain if a gameplay trailer for the title will be released then or even before, but it’s likely we’ll see one soon.
At Gamescom 2024, you’ll have the opportunity to form your own opinion about “Splitgate 2” as it becomes playable, according to Goldstein’s post on Xbox Wire. For the time being, he can’t disclose much information. However, he did share that the team aimed to create a game that presented a suitable level of difficulty while remaining accessible. Additionally, players would be given the chance to make significant decisions before entering the arena. Lastly, they strived for an visually appealing design.
It’s worth noting that Goldstein mentioned that although Splitgate 2’s reveal trailer lacks real gameplay footage, it still provides an accurate portrayal of various aspects of the game, including its maps and weapons.
