In a universe devoid of “My Hero Academia” and “Jujutsu Kaisen”, and with “One Piece” in its concluding phase, the Forger Family continues to be a vital component of Shonen Jump’s current lineup. Thankfully, for enthusiasts of Loid, Anya, and Yor, creator Tatsuya Endo has been tirelessly developing the tale of the mission that has captured the globe. Known as “Spy x Family“, the series is still producing fresh chapters, albeit a surprising update has surfaced that disrupts its regular publishing schedule. Weekly Shonen Jump has announced a temporary pause for the manga, but fortunately, they’ve given us a heads-up about when we can resume reading it again.

According to the latest update, Shonen Jump has disclosed that the “Spy x Family” manga will be on a break for an entire month before its next issue comes out. Regrettably, there’s no explanation given about the hiatus, but we can assume it’s due to a valid reason. The world of manga creation is demanding, often pushing creators like Eiichiro Oda, Gege Akutami, Kohei Horikoshi, and now possibly Tatsuya Endo, to take breaks due to health concerns that frequently arise from their intense schedules. Shonen Jump officially announced that the upcoming chapter of Spy x Family will be taking a one-month break, originally set to release on November 25th, it has now been rescheduled for December 23rd. The original statement from Shueisha reads, “Chapter 108 of ‘Spy×Family’ will be taking a hiatus and is now scheduled to update on Monday, December 23rd. We apologize for the late notice and any inconvenience this may cause.

We have to delay the release of “SPY×FAMILY” episode 108, scheduled for November 25th. We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the delay in announcement. We understand that many of you were eagerly waiting for the update, and we truly regret having to make you wait. The next update is planned for December 23rd (Wednesday). Thank you for your understanding!

Spy x Family Will Return

Readers of manga eagerly anticipate the reappearance of the Forger Family this coming winter; however, “Spy x Family” has exciting plans on various fronts. After the successful initial two seasons from CloverWorks and Wit Studio in the anime adaptation, a third season has already been announced earlier this summer. Although fans have yet to receive an official date for when Loid, Yor, and Anya will return to our screens, it’s certain that their comeback will create quite a stir.

Beyond the television show and comic book series, the franchise “Spy x Family” has achieved remarkable success with its first film titled “Spy x Family CODE: White”. The movie’s storyline was jointly developed by the anime studios and the mangaka, Tatsuya Endo himself, demonstrating his eagerness to delve into uncharted territories for the Forger family beyond what was depicted in the original manga. Given the film’s success in Japan, North America, and globally, it appears promising to produce more feature-length films revolving around the Forger Family in the future.
