As a dedicated gamer, I’ve grown accustomed to the rollercoaster ride of anticipation and patience when it comes to highly-anticipated games like Stalker 2: Heart of Chernobyl. I was looking forward to diving into this post-apocalyptic world on September 13, 2024. However, GSC Game World recently announced another delay, pushing the release date back to Wednesday, November 20, 2024. This means a prolonged wait of approximately two and a half more months.
Luckily, there’s some good news to balance out the bad. The developer, GSC Game World, announced that on August 12, 2024, they will be releasing a Developer Deep Dive in collaboration with Xbox. This event will provide players with an extensive insight into Stalker 2, including new content, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.
