This week marks the third week of Disney/Lucasfilm’s “Gift the Galaxy” promotion for the 2024 holiday season. Until December 17th, new Star Wars-themed products will be released. Today, Hasbro is introducing a Black Series Obi-Wan Kenobi and Clone Trooper (212th) 2-pack, inspired by The Clone Wars. Pre-orders for this item open today at 10am PT / 1pm ET on Entertainment Earth and Amazon, priced at $44.99. UPDATE: Contrary to earlier reports, this is listed as a Pulse Exclusive. In the heat of the Clone Wars, Obi-Wan Kenobi ascended to the rank of General in the Republic’s Army, commanding the illustrious 212th Legion of clone soldiers alongside Commander Cody. This action figure set from STAR WARS: THE BLACK SERIES captures the likeness of Obi-Wan Kenobi and a trooper from the 212th legion. Includes his iconic Lightsaber as well as a blaster accessory. In other updates from Gift the Galaxy, make sure to save the date of December 5th, as Columbia is set to launch a fresh Streetwear-inspired collection consisting of 16 pieces in 2024. This new line will blend Darth Vader’s Dark Side aesthetic with Columbia’s unique technology for comfort and protection from various weather conditions.
Among the standout items in this collection are the Darth Vader Interchange Jacket, offered in both standard and an extremely rare edition autographed by Hayden Christensen, as well as the Vader Parka and the Vader crossbody bag. Notably, this collection will also include a Star Wars-themed boot for the first time in Columbia’s lineup.
