As a gamer with over two decades of experience under my belt, I must say that the upcoming release of Star Wars Outlaws has me more than excited! With its open-world setting and diverse planets, it’s like Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment have taken everything I love about gaming and Star Wars and blended them together into one epic adventure.
Introduced as the first open-world “Star Wars” game, “Star Wars Outlaws” carries high expectations, and in anticipation of its action-adventure release next week, Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment have shared a developer’s diary discussing this critical aspect of the gaming experience.
In “Star Wars Outlaws”, players will venture through four well-known planets such as Tatooine, Kijimi, Akiva, and Canto Bight, along with an innovative moon called Toshara. Additionally, there’s a vast open-world space to traverse. Across these realms, there will be plenty of side missions to engage in, ranging from contracts that offer numerous chances for you to deceive or uphold syndicates.
As a dedicated gamer, I’ve discovered that this game offers a plethora of side activities to explore. From an assortment of arcade games to keep me entertained, mini-games like sabbac and betting on races to add excitement, landmarks to discover for their unique charm, eavesdropping on conversations to uncover hidden opportunities and points of interest, hunting for hidden treasures with Nix’s assistance, and stumbling upon dynamic open world events – there’s always something new to encounter. For a deeper dive into these features, I recommend checking out the developer diary below.
The game titled “Star Wars Outlaws” will be released on August 30, available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC platforms. Previews of the game are expected to be published on August 26.
