As a seasoned Star Wars enthusiast and avid gamer with countless hours spent in the galaxy far, far away, I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming title, “Star Wars Outlaws.” The latest trailer from Massive Entertainment has only heightened my anticipation, revealing tantalizing glimpses of the content that awaits us.
Following the unveiling of the Season Pass plan for Star Wars Outlaws, Massive Entertainment has released a new trailer highlighting the upcoming content. The journey begins at launch with an exclusive mission titled “Jabba’s Gambit,” which can be accessed after your initial encounter with the Hutt Cartel.
As a devoted fan, I’m excited about the upcoming mission that addresses an “outstanding obligation” ND-5, my trusted droid companion, has seemingly overlooked. Plus, the Kessel Runner character pack, which debuts at launch, offers fresh looks for both Kay and Nyx. And get ready for Wild Card, the first narrative DLC set to release this Fall!
Even though there’s no actual gameplay shown, the animated concept art gives us a glimpse into the intense Sabacc game that characters are asked to infiltrate on behalf of the Empire. Later, Kay partners with Lando to expose a larger conspiracy hidden deep within Mirogana. Furthermore, two new character packs, Hunter’s Legacy and Cartel Ronin, will be released, but their specifics remain undisclosed for now.
Titled “A Pirate’s Fortune“, this second and concluding tale expansion will be available in Springtime. Not much is disclosed about the plot, other than the crew joining forces with pirate Hondo Ohnaka to chase after some hidden riches, hoping it will improve their situation.
On August 30th, the game titled “Star Wars Outlaws” is set to release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and personal computers. Both the Gold and Ultimate editions come with the Season Pass, as well as a three-day head start for early access.
