A fresh update for Star Wars Outlaws has been rolled out by Ubisoft, available for PC, PS5, PS5 Pro, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X gamers. The update comes with a list of changes, as per the patch notes, but it doesn’t bring any new content or major game overhauls. On the contrary, Update 1.5.2 is relatively minor and unimpactful. Nevertheless, players must download this update to continue playing Star Wars Outlaws; those who prefer not to download can disconnect their console from the internet instead.
Besides sharing the detailed update notes, Ubisoft has also given Star Wars Outlaws players information about the file size of the update. Specifically, the update is a 1.9 GB download for PS5 and PS5 Pro, while it’s a larger 3.91 GB download on Xbox Series S and X. On PC, whether through Steam or Ubisoft Connect, the update is 2.54 GB in size. Unfortunately, they haven’t revealed why the update varies in size across each platform.
Star Wars Outlaws Update 1.5.2 Patch Notes:
Graphics (PC)
- Fixed graphical anomalies and outlines in volumetric fog/clouds when Ray Reconstruction is ON
- Fixed black outline around Kay in foggy areas when Ray Reconstruction is ON
Performance (PS5)
- Fixed an issue when the game could crash when using Photo Mode on PS5
Hey there! I’ve noticed a hiccup that could make the ‘Take Off’ option inaccessible on my beloved Trailblazer. Don’t worry though, while I’m working to find a solution, you can try a workaround: manually save your progress and then reload the game. This seems to have resolved similar issues for others, so give it a shot!
