According to a recent announcement, it has been disclosed that Marvel’s Star Wars comic series will conclude its narrative following the events of “The Empire Strikes Back” and begin a new chapter set after “Return of the Jedi,” starting in October. This new phase will be marked by three limited series focusing on the Battle of Jakku, a significant event in the Galactic Civil War that takes place between the Original Trilogy and the Sequel Trilogy.
